TK MAXX & HomeSense TREASURES
TK MAXX & HomeSense are brands that already reward customers by keeping prices low. So when it came to creating a loyalty scheme, we had to think strategically around the language and TOV.
Treasures was born out of a desire to reward loyal customers with gifts, events, surprises and prizes. No discounts, just treats.
I was part of the team that came up with the name. I also developed the TOV that would roll out to stores nationwide (couple of pages below) and got the ball rolling with a diary of emails and store events.
